Casey Anthony's Probation Comes to An End

Remember Casey Anthony; the Florida monster mother accused of murdering her 2-year old daughter, Caylee back in 2008.  Apparently, Anthony finishes up her check fraud probation this Friday.

The 26-year old began serving the probation on August 24, 2011. Florida Department of Corrections spokeswoman Ann Howard would not confirm the exact time of Anthony's release from the probation program for security reasons, but said Anthony did not commit any violations that would have prolonged her term.

"She was never out of compliance," Howard told Reuters on Tuesday.

Casey Anthony's civil lawyer, Charles Greene, who did not return a call from Reuters for comment, told ABC his client's probation would end at 12 a.m. on Friday.

Casey Anthony was ACQUITTED of her daughter's murder during a 2011 trial broadcast live on national television. Evidence showed Anthony, a single mother, lied to her parents and friends about Caylee's whereabouts for a month before claiming the toddler had been kidnapped. (So why isn't this MONSTER behind bars? Because the state of Florida let her ass go. Simple as that!)

Caylee's body was found five months later in woods near the Anthony family's Orlando-area home. At trial, Anthony's lawyers claimed Caylee accidentally drowned in the family's backyard pool.
Public outrage followed the verdict, and a celebrity poll at the time ranked Casey Anthony as the most hated American. As a result, a judge took the unusual step of allowing Anthony to serve her probation in the check fraud case at a secret location within the state.

The one-year probation was ordered after Anthony in 2010 admitted to making purchases using her friend's checks, a crime uncovered during the investigation into Caylee's death.
In the past year, Anthony has surfaced publicly twice via a leaked clip of her video diary and in a phone call to talk show host Piers Morgan.

She still faces lawsuits related to her daughter's death, including a defamation case filed by a woman who alleges Anthony ruined her reputation by claiming that a nanny with a similar name had kidnapped Caylee. At trial, Anthony's attorney acknowledged Anthony made up the kidnapping story.

When I first heard the story of Caylee Anthony's disappearance and death, I just knew her mama did it. Everything pointed to her and she even lied about the little girl's disappearance and death. But 12 jurors and one dumb ass judge didn't see what the rest of the world saw. Caylee Anthony baby, you are remembered and one day, your mother will pay for what she's done. Justice will be served.

Developing Story... Chad Johnson Arrested on Domestic Violence charges

Yesterday, Miami Dolphin's reporter, Izzy Gould who works for The Sun-Sentinel reports that Chad Johnson is expected to bound out of jail by 8:30 a.m. ET Sunday morning.
News broke that Chad was arrested on domestic violence charges for allegedly head-butting his wife, reality TV starlet, Evelyn Lozado.

According to Davie (Fla.) Police Department captain Dale Engle, Johnson was arrested Saturday night on domestic violence charges, per the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
According to the report, Johnson was arrested after an incident involving his new wife, Evelyn Lozada. He allegedly head-butted her during an argument in his car. They were married on July 4.
When police arrived at the scene, Lozada had lacerations on her forehead.

TMZ reports that "Lozada has been at the hospital for several hours and her injury will require stitches."

Miami Dolphins journalist, Ben Volin sent out a tweet that said the altercation started over a receipts for condoms. (feel free to insert your own WTF face here)

The Palm Beach Report published that Basketball Wives star did in fact find a receipt for condoms in the car as the couple drove home from dinner. A statement from the site says:
According to Engle, Johnson and his wife, Evelyn Lozada, were driving to their home in Davie after dinner Saturday night when Lozada found a receipt for a box of condoms in the car, sparking an argument that got “heated.”
When they arrived at their home, the argument “escalated quite a bit,” Engle said, and Johnson and Lozada butted heads, giving Lozada a laceration on her forehead. Lozada told police that Johnson purposely head-butted her, while Johnson told police it was accidental.

Chad is reportedly still being held in custody and is waiting to be seen by a judge. Ben Violin tweets:

This is still a developing story. We will let you guys know more details as we get them ourselves.

Justice for All?: Zimmerman Staying at a "Safehouse"

DISCLAIMER: I, "RC" DO NOT look at the Trayvon Martin case as just another race issue in our society. To me it is a justice issue. Right is right and wrong is most definitely wrong. I DO NOT support George Zimmerman, therefore opinions in this post will definitely be biased on my part. Justice for ALL!

Our not so favorite person, George Zimmerman, made headlines once again. This time, it was annouced that his attorneys have posted bond for him for the second time and he will now be staying at a safehouse in Seminole County Florida. Zimmerman was released from jail Friday afternoon after a judge set his bond at $1 million. Zimmerman’s original bail of $150,000 was revoked and he was ordered to return to jail last month after prosecutors said he and his wife misled the court about how much money they had.

In my opinion, allowing this man to post his own bond was absolute LUDICROUS! He is an alleged murderer who therefore poses a threat on anyone. If the judges, and other law officials paid attention to Mr. Zimmerman's past run-ins with the law, they would see he uses the legal/justice system as a sick game in which he never suffers the consequences. Hopefully, he gets the chair for the murder of Trayvon Martin. Smh.

Fired for saving a life.

I was going to initially take today and blog about my favorite USA TV shows. But as I started to check my twitter and email  and the ignorance I see on my time line has to be addressed. One news story I stumbled upon was life guard from Florida who was fired after saving a drowning mans life. Tomas Lopez who was in charge of one section of the beach left and when beach goer alerted him that someone was drowning. Lopez ran to the swimmers aide where he was rescued and currently in the intensive care unit. Lopez was fired because he left his post to help save someone. Supposedly company's policy states the they are suppose to adhere to the rules and not leave there
post. As I was reading some of the remarks towards what Lopez did, I got the feeling that people do not have moral obligations any more. How can you  fire someone for saving someone else life?
Yes I agree he broke the rules but the rules being broken in this case could have possibly saved the company a law suit for not letting that man drown. Jeff Ellis Management  who hired Lopez has offered his job back but he declined. In which I think he should. I would not want to work for a company who's first hand obligation is follow the rules even though someone could possibly die, do not stop to help them. The mix comments that I have read just showed that people do not care enough to help anyone any more. In a sense it is a much heavier bystander effect, do not get in involved because it is not your responsibility. If you can lend a hand why not? The Babbling Bees do not approve of the Jeff Ellis Management decision in firing Lopez.
