Healthy snack!

This is so random but I am one of those people who love snacking but also wants too loose weight. Sometimes I'm not even hungry but food is sometimes such a comfort. I was reading a few articles and doing some research. Drinking a bottle of water before you eat and when you wake up in the morning help you to eat a lot less breakfast. For me I know that I love yogurt and sometimes I want
Ice cream, so I would freeze the yogurt. It makes for a good frozen snack. St work I am constantly on my feet and I need something to munch on; so there raw or roasted or dark chocolate ate things you can snack on. The key too loosing weight is drinking a lot of water and watching your calorie intake. Research and talk to your doctor before trying any new diet or work out plan. Here at the Babbling Cartels we realize that staying healthy is also essential to your life. So find healthy snacks and alternatives to aid you either in loosing weight or staying fit.
